Our policy lasts 14 days from receipt of your order. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange for food items that have been opened or tampered with.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it - completely sealed. It must also be in the original packaging.
If your item is damaged or defected, we will be happy to refund or replace the item. Simple send us pictures of the order in question to firstname.lastname@example.org.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase or order number.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-10 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We happily will exchange an item if you are not 100% happy, simple contact us and let us know what you would like it exchanged for. We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is damaged or you where sent the incorrect item. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We always try our best to cancel your order, so we advise you contact us ASAP if you would like to do so. However if your order has already been shipped then we cannot cancel your order.
If you would still like to cancel for a refund then a 30% restocking fee will be applicable.
If you would like to change your order then please do contact us ASAP. We will try our best to accommodate any changes providing your order hasn't already been shipped. If your order has been shipped then we will not be able to change the order but we always welcome a return if you would like to if applicable.
