First attempt using wet batter. My husband is in love. Will try net with chicken and turn temp up. Not as crunchy as I would have liked due to temp of oil.

It looked/sounded so good that I pulled the trigger on a 6 pack of the Second Line Sunday batter. Took it over to a friends for a fish fry and we cooked 8-10# of fish using 3 bags.
