Instructions

  • Preheat oil on medium to high heat.
  • Take a bowl and mix mayonnaise and lemon juice in it.
  • Transfer the prepared mayonnaise mixture to a pan and add milk to it.
  • Add salt, black pepper, and mozzarella cheese strips to it. Cook on low heat until cheese melts.
  • Add chopped coriander and mix well. Keep it aside for later use.
  • Whisk egg and buttermilk in a bowl.
  • Take a medium-sized bowl and add Kings Chicken Fry to it. You can add more Kings Chicken Fry to your bowl if needed.
  • Dip your chicken pieces in the wet mixture properly and then into the dry fry mix. Shake off the excess and set it aside on a separate plate.

  • 1 cup of buttermilk
  • 1 egg

Instructions

For frosting
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 cup of crushed chocolate
